A10 06D - Oil of gladness

«The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because the Lord hath anointed me, and hath sent me to preach glad tidings unto the poor, and to bind up the plagues of the broken heart, and to proclaim the liberty of bondmen, and the release of captives; To proclaim the year of the Lord’s mercy, a day of vengeance to our God, to comfort all the afflicted, to cheer up the afflicted of Zion, to give them a crown instead of ashes, an oil of gladness instead of mourning, song of praise instead of a sad heart. They will be called oaks of righteousness, planting of the Lord to manifest his glory». (Is 61:1-3).
