The study and contemplation of the Eucharistic Christ exposed in this monstrance refer to the texts of the Apocalypse and the vision of the Risen Christ as proposed by John: the laurel wreath that surrounds the host is in the iconographic tradition a symbol of victory: "You are worthy to take the book and to open the seals, because you were sacrificed and redeemed for God with your blood men of every tribe, tongue, people and nation..." (Rev. 5,9) The green color recalls the emerald rainbow that enveloped the throne of the Lamb (Rev. 4,3) and the repetition of the numerical symbology of the 3rd refers to the 3rd day: the day of the Resurrection, the day of the new creation
